Who, and why, is purchasing LOV at 75 cents per share?
Richmont has offered 76 cents per share. The gain, considering that the share exchange by RIC might stll not go through, is for just a penny.
Is it possible that the market senses that RIC will raise the price for LOV? Let us see what the independent directors of LOV think.
