Martin Kepman and Associates Inc, founded in 1982, is a business development and management consulting firm owned and operated by its president Martin Kepman . Martin, in his 34 years of consulting experience, has consulted on a wide range of projects, in multiple industries ranging from software , softgoods, printing, food to mining. Martin is highly skilled at planning,organization as well as assisting Corporations in financing He has successfully implemented a variety of installations for a significant number of major corporations and because of his practical approach, has been recognized as an expert in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of Corporations for strategic business plans; recognized within various industries as a successful specialist in turnarounds.
Martin has brought innovative projects to fruition, while assembling key people to minimize risk thus resulting in maximizing return on investment.
Mark Billings,
Director
Mark Billings is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Canamex Resources Corp. (TSX-V: CSQ), which is developing the Bruner Gold Property in Nye County, Nevada. He recently served from 2007 to 2014 as a Director, Senior Vice-President of Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer of Argex Titanium Inc. (TSX: RGX), a company he co-founded. Previously, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer for private and public Internet companies from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, he was Vice-President of Corporate Finance with Desjardins Securities Inc., where he led a number of public and private financings and took companies public on the Canadian exchanges. Mark also served as a director or officer with other junior resource companies in Canada. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Highest Honours) in Political Science from Carleton University, an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Steve Roebuck,
Director
Mr. Roebuck is a registered professional geoscientist with over 25 years of international mining and exploration experience. Steve is currently the President & CEO of Natan Resources Corp. a company focused on gold exploration in Quebec. Most recently Steve was the President of Scorpio Gold Corp., a 40,000-ounce-per-year gold producer with assets in Nevada, responsible for corporate matters that included investor relations and business development. Steve has been the Vice President of Exploration for two publicly listed companies with interests in gold, diamonds, iron ore and base metals.
Jacques Arsenault,
Chief Financial Officer
Jacques Arsenault is an experienced executive and consultant who for more than 20 years has specialized in the development, restructuring, acquisition, merger and sale of companies and assets in both the public and private arenas.
He has also founded and runs his own successful business, Arsenault Business Staging Group, a consultancy which focuses on two main areas, strengthening a company so that when it is sold the owners will receive the highest possible value and restructuring companies so that they become a model of efficiency with an improved bottom line and strategic position, returning increased value to their shareholders.
Mr Arsenault has consulted with the mining industry for many years. Since 2008 he has sat on the Board of Caldera Resources where he also serves as CFO. From 2006 to 2008 he served as Vice President Finance and then Chief Financial Officer at Forest Gate Resources.
Over the course of his career he has worked as financial controller for notable corporations including Videotron, AES Data. Culinar and Uni-Select, as well as being the Vice-President Finance and Administration at Quebec success story Piscines Trevi.
Among his other achievements he has introduced the AC Delco product line to the Quebec market. As Sunset Cove Mining’s Chief Financial Officer he brings a thorough knowledge of and an ability to implement best practise corporate development
Roger Dahn,
Vice-President of Exploration
Mr. Dahn has over 30 years experience in the mining and exploration industry. His experience includes over 16 years with Noranda Inc. and Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Exploration Manager-Eastern Canada for Battle Mountain Gold Company and Vice President-Exploration with Olympus Pacific Minerals Inc. and most recently Tri-Star Resources plc.
Mr. Dahn has been involved with a number of base metal and gold discoveries which advanced to development stage and production.
His extensive mineral exploration experience covers both Canadian and International settings. Mr. Dahn is a registered professional geologist and Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
Anthony Viele,
Alternate Director
Mr. Viele is currently the President and Director of Premier Strategic Alliance Inc., and has held these positions since the company was founded in 1996. Premier Strategic Alliance Inc. provides consulting and strategic advice to various companies in the metal and composite industries targeting specialty items for military, industrial and commercial use.
Shimmy Posen,
Corporate Secretary.
Mr. Posen is a lawyer at Garfinkle Biderman LLP, where he focuses on corporate finance, M&A and securities law. He acts for public and private companies, securities dealers and financial institutions on a number of public and private financings and commercial transactions. Mr. Posen holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from York University.
