they want to approve a reverse split. Vote NO !!! they're burning through money with no news and paying themselves a very nice salary. They're expecting a flow of news in June, use this opportunity to blow out your shares and move on.

I should of seen it !!! I'm so pissed.

They pay $50,000 a year for Joseph to travel to and from Huston !! This is additional to the already $200,000 consulting fee that Joseph receives through his company Wyndspire. WTF !! He should be living in Ontario where he's miles away from Pickle Lake and central to Brabant and the Quebec properties.

$50,000 since 2006 (5 years of travel) that's $250,000 or 3,500,000 million shares at $0.07 (5 year avg)

Joseph's salary alone $200,000 for 5 years = $1,000,000 or 14,250,000 shares @ $0.07

And you wonder why they want to reverse split.
