Mr. MacPhail has more than 35 years of operational mining experience in Canada, Mexico and Australia. Mr. MacPhail is the chief operating officer of Alamos Gold Inc., a position he has held since 2015. Previously, he was COO of AuRico Gold and served in the same capacity at Northgate Minerals. Prior to Northgate, Mr. MacPhail held increasingly senior roles at Noranda, Teck Resources, Homestake Mining and Barrick Gold. He holds a bachelor of applied science degree in mineral engineering from the University of Toronto and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario.

Dan McCormack–30 years in various capacities, including serving as an officer and director of a number of companies. He recently was a director and Vice President of Vault Minerals Inc., held positions with Canadian Malarticand was a consultant to YamanaGold and Agnico Eagle under Osiskomining. He previously held the position of General Superintendent of Exploration at Kirkland Lake and Malartic. He is semi-retired since 2018.

Mandy Johnston

Mandy Johnston to the Company’s board of directors at the annual and special shareholders meeting of Manitou held on June 23, 2021 (the “Meeting”).

Mandy is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 14 years of experience in both the mining industry and audit/assurance groups. Mandy joined Osisko Mining Inc. in 2015 and currently serves as the Director of Finance, with a preceding position as Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Osisko Mining Inc., she held multiple roles at Corsa Coal Corp. and Collins Barrow LLP (now RSM Canada LLP). Mandy obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) Co-Op degree from Brock University.

Carmelo Marrelli

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Carmelo Marrelli is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Certified General Accountant (CGA), and an Associate (ACIS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Carmelo also acts as Chief Financial Officer to a number of reporting issuers on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges
