Message: Warrants/dilution/ch... in share price

Since the stock price run up, I stopped worrying about those warrants being exercised. Perhaps, there is still that risk.

Thanks again for simplifying the reduction in exercisable shares.

I could be wrong about this, which I have been of late; my experience from watching immense dilutions from other companies without profits to defend itself has resulted in a stock price readjustment. It's hard to remember which companies they were, so I can't defend that statement - Basic Resources International over 25 years ago, for example issued 100 million shares and fell accordingly. Sir James Goldsmith bought up 90% of all the warrants offered after his company reversed course and did a 1 for 100 share reverse split. His company didn't show a profit at the time either.

I do think Afrezza and Technosphere is an exception though in this specific situation.
