the fda did not ask for an efficacy comparison between the two inhalers- only a safety comparison. mnkd reported this, just like they were asked by the fda. nothing was hidden. efficacy comparison of the two inhalers was NOT the issue. i give kudos to management for doing what they said they would do, which was get info out as soon as they could.
