11:06 AM EST, 02/25/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Mason Graphite (LLG.V) edged higher after the company on Tuesday said chief executive Benoit Gascon plans to retire at the end of March.
The company said its board has set up a search committee to find a replacement for Gascon and to lead development of the company's Lac Gueret graphite project in Quebec.
"On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to show my gratitude to Benoit who worked tirelessly in recent years to build a strong team and advance the Lac Gueret Project," chairman Paul Carmel said in a release.
Mason shares were last seen up C$0.005 to C$0.245 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
