anyone know whats going on with the 500 share lot every few minutes that concordia is selling for last couple of days. Seems like they are trying to manipulate the price to me. I read on other boards that Concordia wanted to do a private placement with the company but the company didn't agree to the terms. Is there any truth to that or just spam. and more importantly IS THIS LEGAL ?
