Mike Wills told me today that sometime during this last weekend, operations started up again and would be returning to normal in the following five or so days.

He also suggested that the most likely time he expects to see a significant rise in share price would be when their in full operating mode sometime this Fall.

He said that we'll see a news release "shortly". When pressed, he refined that time frame down to a "soon".
