Diane resides in Kirkland Lake Ontario and prior to becoming Corporate Secretary and Office Manager for the Kasner Group, she worked for 7 years with the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines recording claims and assessing work reports. She is fluent in both French and English.
Johnny Oliveira
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Oliveira is a Chartered Accountant and practised professionally as a senior audit manager for an accounting firm from 2002-2010. He holds an Honours Bachelor in Business Administration Currently, he serves as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of several junior mining exploration companies, which experience gives him an insider’s view into financial reporting. In his current role at Mistango he is responsible for financial reporting, preparation of financial statements and Management discussions and analysis reports for shareholders, as well as tax compliance.
