Yes everything is going according to plan. There will be a reverse split but the ratio is not set yet. It will depend on how much money we raise, so we don’t even know ourselves. The next NR should be to announce the signing of the acquisition agreement. Then, we will send the circular to all shareholders which will describe the details of the transaction. In parallel, we are starting the road show for the financing (hence the continuous halt on the stock). If everything goes well, we are still in line for a closing at the end of May / early June as planned. Thanks Bertrand
