announce that Mr.
Declan Sweeney, current Chief Financial Officer of Austin will become the new Chief Executive
Officer of the Company. Mr. Patrick Power will step down as President, CEO and Director on April
30, 2009. The board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Power for his contributions to the
Company and wish him well in all his future endeavours.
