Sure, they don't want to hand over millions of dollars to us very quickly. I would do so, either.

However, MMP patents are set and IMO they do infrige like all the others. If I would be TPL and make a trip to Japan, I ring at every door and let them know to pay. Sure, it differs from company to company to negotiate the deal and sign.

Therefore, Alliances is maybe looking for new stuff to speed up!
