      Deb, i have done some meditation.........For me i leave the meditation at the door when i leave.........

      I took a Marshall Sylver seminar last year and he will be giving a free one to past attendee............He is a Hypontist.......He says that all day long we put ourselves in a transe............Some are good and some very negative................That IMO is why we all shift our thinking/feeling on these boards.............Hi and lows...........Back to PTSC..............Larry
