Patriot Scientific Cancels Presentation at Westergaard Investment Conference; Speculative Buy Rating Reiterated

November 9, 2007. Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTCBB: PTSC) cancelled their presentation at the Westergaard 30th Annual Conference on Tuesday, November 13, 2007, giving no reason for this cancellation. While we reiterate our Speculative Buy Rating and our $0.75 price per share target for Patriot Scientific, we urge caution pending any forthcoming news releases.
