Patriot has sold some licenses to huge companies and the very same thing happened.  The SONY news caused the SP to pop a bit and then plummet hard - all before we knew it was a "sweet heart deal".  It happened on a larger scale this time because it was bigger news.   

I think at least part of the blame for this dilemna falls on management.  They're just puppet's of TPLs and of course TPL could care less about our SP.  Management doesn't know how to influence the SP so that we get the maximum effect from great news.  Turley even admitted that he had no idea how to control the SP.  You better believe an investment banker would have a better shot at it.
