I still don't see an extension application or a response from Moore on the last office action, do you? In the interview text from 2/12, it indicates that they have 1 month to respond to the interview ONLY IF they've already filed their response to the last office action. Any extension to their required response to that office action (which as you've noted was due 2 months after 12/21/07 - meaning last Thursday) would and must be handled by a separate process than the interview response.

Does anyone more familiar with the process than I have concerns over this? or is it simply maybe just a delay in the posting of documents to the USPTO site and in fact the response or extention has already been filed?

Thoughts?
