Rick Goerner joins Qspeed Semiconductor, Inc. as Executive Chairman & Board Member
Qspeed is a developer and supplier of specialized semiconductor parts for power-related applications. The company's initial products are power factor correction chips operating at high voltages. The company has launched initial products and has several customers in the sampling stages. Located in Santa Clara, CA, the company is raising a B round of capital to support volume roll out of their initial parts and the development of additional products. Rick is currently an industry consultant, providing interim President/CEO expertise. Rick's previous experience includes President & CEO at TransDimensions, Inc.; President & COO of the Storage Products Group at Texas Instruments; and COO at Silicon Systems, Inc. Adams Capital Management is the lead investor.
