Under this theory how do you get past insider trading issues? While they would not know how much, they would know that multi-millions have yet to hit the books and shareholders are not informed of these pending payments.

If either of you have the time..maybe you could walk us through how it could be done.

I assume it starts with being in a position of strength from Markman and if ruled on, winning ACP. J's then ready to fold. As Fut suggested, accounting not completed in time for 10Q as JT had thought. As licensees, included in Q but their money not? Will be normal course of business operations..so no 8k needed. Up front lump sum needs no change or notation to Rev. Recog.? I'm starting to add question marks, which I don't want, so I'd rather you take it over if possible.
