You've been around long enough you probably know the answers to your own question.

PTSC has paid off all of it's debt, they have paid legal expenses to TPL, they have paid out 3 dividends, They have purchased shares, they have purchased warrants from Swartz, They settled the Fish suit, They aquired Qualcom, they have paid salaries and expenses associated with running the business.

The dividends were a mistake but there was probably pressure from Swartz to make that decision.
