That IMO will be the crux of this case. Should not the documents of this transaction be public record? I don`t know where one goes to see such documents but it seems it will be the ownership of patents more than who actually did the invention that will determine our fate. My father invented something while working at GE. His name is on the patent. But GE owns it and profits from it.
