The markets been crushed, many speculators have been removed from the equation. This company will have to actually succeed on it's on merits. That doesn't include PR releases pushing their product. Sign up several prominent gov't agencies or announce a significant partnership. Perhaps a partnership that requires an up front buy-in from the new partner along with a significant royalty. The market doesn't want anymore of PTSC's fluff, they want tangible results ie profit (sustainable profit).

Exactly. This is really the only thing thats going to make this stock move. The days of hyping up the price based on rumour or fluff pieces is over. Show sales, show licensing dollars, show royalties. 10 years of fluff pieces dont impress anyone anymore.
