"wE" have been mistrustnng them for months.. People have been badmouthing the B.O.D.

I.M.O. The board is doing exactly what they should be doing. They have explained away the lack of transparency, and provided the reasons why! Got get em B.O.D., at least most off you, again, in my opinion. It is about time!
