If Leckrone used "Patent Peace" to put the squeeze on PTSC, then it has been an effective strategy. By this I mean Alliacense has been licensing TPL's other portfolios at a much faster rate than it has been licensing the MMP. If Apple was one of those companies for which Alliacense (TPL) granted a patent peace, then it doesn't matter what anyone believes the license should have been worth. Alliacense may have thrown in the MMP in one of their licensing package deals, thereby screwing PTSC, Moore and all of us in the process.
