Cooperation between a couple of savvy traders (or even an individual with more than one account) selling into the bid and supressing the ask is all that is required to walk this stockany direction they (or an individual) want(s) to take it on very low volume as demonstrated again today.

Without institutional investment to anchor it the price is going continue its drift. If (or when) the management should ever announce dividends from real and predictable revenue, some institutional investors could take notice find interest and the value would likely climb but perhaps not to the previous levels hoped for by the truely long term investors.

Might be a question for the BoD if they have any plans to court larger investors (or actually buy back significant numbers shares) to reduce some of the volitility should some favorable results on the legal front be forthcoming.
