I think this license has more to do with DL (his plan yet to be submitted) and a shot at Moore's plan.

One of the "shots" at TPL was that they had not executed a license in over a year. The timing of this is suspect in my view. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for any signing that brings reasonable money to Patriot for infringement. However, I question the timing of this and I think it has more to do with the bankruptcy proceeding....and I question which "side" Patriot is leaning (good luck with that..)
