Why are they so scared of naming this 3rd PDS member?

Why are they scared of naming the entity to which PDS contracted to pay $250,000 a year - we know this is Chuck Moore, do we not, as part of one of the many capitulations of PTSC to TPL.

Maybe it's time for EVERYONE to write to Judge Johnson to complain of this Plan and especially about Exhibit F which serves only to protect Dan Leckrone and his cronies from any liability for past questionable activity. Just how does protecting any TPL money spent on Ms. Neal's mansion assist TPL in repaying higher priority debtors?
