-February 4, 2015, is fixed as the last day for filing written acceptances or rejections of the Plan.

-Not later than January 9, 2015, the Plan, the Disclosure Statement, and a ballot conforming to Official Form 14 shall be mailed to creditors, equity security holders, and other parties in interest, and shall be transmitted to the United States Trustee, as provided in Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3017(d).

-February 4, 2015, is fixed as the last day for filing and serving pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3020(b)(1) written objections to confirmation of the Plan.

-The Debtor shall file its ballot summary not later than February 6, 2015.

-February 11, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. is fixed for the hearing on confirmation of the Plan.
