after the close. True?

I can't imagine any earnings, so might there be some news or info? Then again are there earnings from somewhere? current or money found in an envelope tucked away in a drawer, LOL....

My broker said the 1 cent looks to be rounded up from a sale of .0095 ( 28 thousand shares )

also took note of the volume being significantly higher than average of last 20 days.....
