Also in reading the recent filing, the event that happens tomorrow, Monday the 27th, appears to be a record date for notification and mailing purposes only. The effective date of the proposed split and name change will not occur until at least 20 days after the date of the mailing of the filing to stockholders of record as of the 27th. So even though there will likely be some interesting price in trading movement tomorrow as a result of this News, the actual split and name change are not likely to happen for about another three weeks or so. Just my opinion as I read the filing, and corrections welcome.
