Building the plant to make the vaccine we need immediately??? My guess is that the ground is frozen in Quebec City, LOL...

I do like that they are receiving $176 Million from the government. I still contend that Mosaic will be getting a chunk of money also... They are in the right part of the country to try to raise capital.
