Another speculative thought and/or question...What would be the ramifications of a Co.,(let say Sony)taking a controling interest in PTSC through share purchases by themselves and other affiliates, (I`m not talking buyout) to gain voting majority and thus ``control``. Prior to Debenture deal I figured some 40 mil. shares would do it.(40mil x avg. .15 = $6mil) joe ps No large blocks being dumped.
