Moto Goldmines Limited ("Moto") (TSX:MGL)(AIM:MOE) has today issued its Annual Information Form ("AIF") for the financial year ended December 31, 2008. The AIF is available on the Company's website www.motogoldmines.com and is available under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
Moto also confirms that it has lodged the Technical Report for the Optimised Feasibility Study ("OFS") under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. The Technical Report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 and supports the results of the OFS as announced by Moto on March 2, 2009.
