Q&A

1.  NamasteMD Platform

Customers from Namaste URL's are converted into patients of the CannMart facility (license approval anticipated by January).

Visual ID. Uses your camera to match your face with the photo on the ID you provide. This is a major problem for the industry that Namaste has solved.

2.  Canaccord Genuity - Growth In Canada/Australia vs. US Growth

Canada - Cyber Monday / Black Friday growth was over 500%

Australia - Overall 40% growth year-over-year

US - Many competitors and very cut throat on pricing. Compay still has over 500,000 registered US customers that it will leverage if/when US legislation changes.  Nothing on the near-term horizon suggests laws in the US will change.

3.  Beacon Securities - With barriers to uplisting removed, how high of a priority is this?

Application to TSX Venture was submitted months ago. US operations was a major hurdle

Have LP's approached the company with partnerships? Recent meetings with 3 of the largest LP's in Canada were very positive, yet conversations kept reverting back to US operations.

In addition, LP's that wanted to invest in Namaste were hesistant due to exposure from Namaste US operations.

4.  Seeking Alpha - What Is The Company Selling

Only domains being sold are the 2 US domains.  Company has over 500 domains worldwide with very powerful Google relevance. Selling these 2 domains will have no impact on Company's Google authority

Primary "everyonedoesit" domain by far was the UK domain. Company has retained this domain.
