I have been reviewing Nevtah as part on my DD.....seems that have a solid partnership 50/50 with Black Sand Energy...a private co...in Utah....they have 13 leases on 11500+ acres in UTAH tar sands....they have a tested extraction process and patents...solid test outputs....they had and lost a JV partner Korean tesh industry....to be replaced with a new JV ....waiting for NR...on the otc as NTAH with current price of $.58 and 80 M shares outstanding. blogs have given a target of $4.60 to $6.11
