I had feedback from Paul Davey IR at Nevtah Capital, the patent thay Nevtah has exclusive rights too is 5998640 originally issue to Peter Allen and Paul Wegner in 1996, the name is Hydro Carbon Minerals Technology. This was not on their web site so I asked
