Message: Interesting possibilities for New Age Metals
So I live in Sudbury and have been to the River Valley area many times. I know exactly where the deposit is and what the roads are like.

The deposit is on a gravel road that is open year round. It is about 15 minutes from the town of River Valley. From River Valley to Sudbury is about 1 hour on a paved year round road.

Sudbury is host to two major mining companies, Vale and Glencore. Both these companies have mills and smelters that are capable of processing the River Valley ore. Vale is currently processing ores of various kinds including Platinum and Palladium from other companies (toll processing).

Sudbury sulphide ores are rich in Nickel & copper but also contain other metals such as gold and Platinum/Palladium etc.

The river valley ore and the sudbury ores are very similar sulphide ores, just with different concentarations of the same metals.

The local mining companies already produce & sell Platinum & Palldium.

The metallurgy for the river valley ores is similar to the sudbury ores.

A Glencore subsidiary (XPS) is currently working on the metalurgy and flow sheet for the River Valley ore. Vale & Glencore are both projected to be short of ore in the coming years and will be looking for new sources of ore.

Before PDAC in March 2018, NAM will release a revised resource estimate. The previous resource in 2012 was 3.9 Moz PD equivalent Measured & Indicated plus 1.2 M OZ inferred. To date 141,000 meters have been drilled in 628 drill holes. All indications are that the revised resource will add  2-3 M OZ measured OZ PD EQ.

Vale and Glencore are world class mining companies with access to huge funding of capital. They are obviosly aware of the potential for profit should they process the ore from the NAM deposit and/or if they were to buy the deposit.

This would be a very wise decision for either company.
