Still very early but looks like bids from yesterday have returned... this time up a little to 22 cents... and lots of time for more to come... 45 mins to open.

NIS-v is a stock that has seen virtually 0 volume... when volume comes to NIS-v these levels will be history. 30? 40? 50+ cents coming soon IMO.
