The second D is long gone so is the .02 of February. Now trading around .0025 and .004 and may continue to go down. Read the last Nexia update about the SEC 'Chill'.

Nexia continues to be a limited information company. No SEC reports for a year but regular quarterly unaudited reports.

My view: stay away. (Just my opinion, of course...)
