AGORACOM, as I understand it, you are hoping to build trust amongst the shareholders of Noront (and others), and encourage intelligent discussion. When a shareholder reports to you that there is a problem with the website of the company, you should either research that problem with a view to correcting it, or indicate that it is out of your purview (if that is the case).

 Nobody likes to be blown off, especially at a sensitive time in the company's prgress.

 Particularly when you are being funded with our  money!
