The nice lady who answered the phone, in response to my enquiry, said that "they hpoed that the release would be out sometime this afternoon". The sense that I got was that the release is being reviewed by the exchange as, she indicated, "they always want to review the release following a halt".

Bottom line, may be later today, may be tomorrow.
