Dump and pump.

I will trust Richard Nemis wisdom and will not second guess him.  Besides that, it makes sense to me and does not infer a lack of faith.  There simply are not enough resources at Noront to do all the drilling and testing that needs to be done in our lifetime.   There are so many drilling possibilities I hope he finds a few more partners.
