I just finished reading the Big Score. I am new to all this mining stuff so I am curious to the following

Can some of the history experts fill in some blanks for me?

what happened to Mike Sopko

Inco's share price droped to about 23$ at one point (98 I think)

When did the mine actually start and what happened to Incos share price?

Did Inco and Falconbridge ever hook up?

Much appreciated. I am learning a lot here on this forum and thoroughly enjoy the depth of knowledge.
