Gerwin, you can share 99% of all information you have. What we can not allow is the sharing of insider/material information that can not be confirmed.

Otherwise, management of any public company would have to fear any offline conversations with the public.

The alternative is we allow anybody to post "a conversation" they had with officers, directors or employees of any company - and that isn't good for anybody.
