Your response to this question suggests that we cannot post ANY discussions with management - and these are the most appreciated posts!

Surely some clarification is required here!

"Given the fact there is no way to confirm any offline discussions between investors and management of any company, we have to take them down in the best interests of all shareholders and each company."
