That's my take and watching the share price recover have to wonder if someone called Noront and had them confirm that's the direction talks are heading.

I've a call into Noront but already know they are extremely busy with so much going on it's not likely I'll get Dick Nemis on the telephone. Receptionist was already wrung out at 9am.
