A challenge to all

Most if not all of us here feel Noront is a great investment, that we are seriously undervalued at the present time and that some entities are manipulating our stock price. I have prepared a letter that I would like each of you to read and give feedback on. Once this letter is fined tuned, I would invite all of you to take this challenge.

sincerely,

Glorieux

Dear fellow retail investors:

I hate spam but I hate market manipulation even more. If you do as well, read this letter about a great company and take the challenge at the bottom of this message.

TORONTO, ONTARIO - (June 24, 2008) - Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront") (TSX VENTURE:NOT) is very pleased to announce it has been named to the 2008 TSX Venture 50, a ranking of Canada's top emerging public companies listed on TSX Venture Exchange. Within the TSX Venture 50, Noront Resources was the #1 ranked company in the mining category.

Great companies start with great management:

Mr. Richard Nemis, LL. B. continues in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Noront, an office he has held since 1980. Mr. Nemis was also president and CEO of Central Crude Ltd. until its merger to become River Gold Mines Inc. During the period in which Mr. Nemis was its President, Central Crude was instrumental in the development of two gold deposits, namely the Eagle River deposit near Mishibishu Lake (south of Hemlo, Ontario), currently operated by River Gold Mines Ltd. (changed name to Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd.), and the Moss Lake gold deposit near Thunder Bay area, Ontario.

Mr. John Harvey, (P.Eng.), formerly Executive Vice President of Noront, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Noront. Mr. Harvey worked with Noranda Inc. from the early 1960s and was President of Noranda Exploration from 1982 until his early retirement in 1994. He was also President of Hemlo Gold Mines from 1989 until 1992. Before Noranda, Mr. Harvey was VP - Exploration for Mattagami Lake Mines which merged with Noranda in 1982.

Mr. Neil D. Novak, (P.Geo.), originally joined the Board of Noront in 2001 and was appointed VP Exploration in November 2007. In recognition of his long-standing relationship with Aboriginal peoples throughout his career, Neil Novak has been appointed Vice-President Corporate and Aboriginal Affairs for Noront. Mr. Novak's professional experience has spanned exploration projects in uranium, gold, diamonds and other precious metals, as well as base metals.

These are the latest addition to our management team:

Kevin Feeney, C.A., has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Feeney brings significant financial and strategic experience to the Noront team. Most recently, in his capacity as Vice President, North American Investments, Finance and Operations for Sun Life Financial Corporation, he was responsible for designing and implementing processes to support Sun Life's North American investment business. Mr. Feeney was also a corporate design specialist in his role as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Labatt Breweries of Canada (Interbrew S.A.) and was a key member of the Interbrew global acquisition team that completed the USD$11B transaction with Ambev, that resulted in a significant consolidation of the global beer industry. Mr. Feeney also held various positions with the Trimark group of companies, including that of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President for Trimark Investment Management Inc.

Dr. James E. Mungall Ph.D., P.Geo., joined the Noront team as a consultant in October of 2007. He has been appointed Chief Geologist. Dr Mungall's professional experience has included consulting and research work on magmatic Ni-Cu-Co-PGE deposits, chromitite, magmatic Fe-Ti-V and IOCG and rare-element granites.

Dr Mungall received M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees from McGill University and has worked extensively in the exploration business as a consultant since 1996. In 1999 he was appointed Assistant Professor of Economic Geology at the University of Toronto. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2005 and was named Norman Keevil Chair of Ore Genesis in 2007.

As you can see by their resumés, these are highly qualified individuals, leaving prominent posts to join our great company.

Our main projects:

Windfall:

Advanced drilling (over 200 holes to date) has outlined a number of high grade gold zones at various depths including 4.8 meters of 52.3 ounces per ton of gold.

This project currently covers two adjacent claim blocks (1,440 hectares) of which Noront holds a 100% interest. A ramp is currently being built to further assess these gold zone and help prepare a NI 43-101 for this property.

Double Eagle Project:

Current drill results include 117 meters grading 4.1% nickel, 2.2% copper, 2.1 grams per tonne platinum, and 7.1 grams per tonne palladium beginning 7 meters below the surface.

NI 43-101 Resource estimate for Eagle 1:

The following table sets out, for the first time, an indicated mineral resource and an inferred mineral resource for the Eagle One project:

http://www.agoracom.com/ir/Noront/me...

This table yield a GMV of 2.1 Billion dollars for Eagle one which remains open on strike and at depth.

The full NI-43-101 report is due on August 18th 2008. This major report will includes a special report prepared by Dr. Jim Mungall where he will discuss the importance of the huge chrome section found at Eagle 2. As important and impressive as the gold at Windfall and the Nickel at Eagle 1 is, the company thinks the chrome will be the biggest story. With intersepts of 49.4 meters thick and grades of Cr2O3 of 39.1%, this has the possibility to be the world biggest Chrome deposit.

The area of Eagle 1 has been dubbed the Ring of Fire of which Noront now owns over 1,600 sq kilometers. Over 30 juniors have stacked claims into the area located in northern Ontario, Canada and committed over 50 Million in drilling this year and over 250 million next year.

So as an investor, when one looks at everything Noront has going for it and you consider it’s market cap near 400 million dollars, one realizes it is both a great investment opportunity and further proof of market manipulation. As retail investors, we are usually left powerless against this.

Challenge:

I would like you to take a stand against market manipulation using Noront as a vehicle. These are the three steps I would like you to consider:

1) Buy a minimum of 100 shares in Noront, NOT-V on the Vancouver exchange

2) Send a copy of this letter to at least 10 investors you know and ask them to take this challenge

3) Register your shares anonymously at [email protected]

Thru this process, you will support a great, honest company, make a great investment and put a dent into market manipulators. Every week, the number of shares owned by retail investors will be posted on Agora com.com. Hopefully, we can, as a group reach 10% of outstanding shares registered.

Sincerely,

Glorieux
