First, I very much enjoy your posts; please keep them up! However, in addition to the points by rodg45 & donypee, I suspect you overestimate the value of cheap labour. South Africa - a major chromium producer - with all its cheap labour, has had major issues in its mines during the last year due to infrastructure issues that are not going to go away. I believe the biggest reason the market does not seem to be valuing Noront's chromium deposits is because of our unfamiliarity with it here in North America.
