How about doing a technical on the Venture exchange chart... I think the same thing is happening on the broader perspective as I have seen capitulation is some stocks.. some of my truely stinky bids have been hit... I'm caught between smiling at aquiring these shares and outright awe that someone would sell into such weakness.

On the LV and PNP front.... strange they haven't issued a normal coarse issuer bid,,,, seams their own stocks would have have more upside than the underlying stocks they are geting fractional value from.
