Interesting how Koven stuck this little line in his script. No question that the entire area will take decades to unfold as the large mines do, but I think he over stresses the time estimate to some degree. Particularly when road building issues to say nothing of winter transport are presently being considered and open pit mining of the most accessible resources has been spoken of by "various" companies. Time will tell.
